I have been using the Alkaline Crystal Bath for a long time, and it has wonderful regenerating and deacidifying power. It not only makes skin beautiful and soft, but it also helps with muscle tension, sunburn, or has a positive effect as a cool compress on swelling.
One day I recommended it to an elderly lady; she had injured herself on a hot oven door two days prior, and a wound and burn were visible. I was able to help her perform a wash, and it did her skin a lot of good. She immediately bought an Alkaline Crystal Bath and performed further washes and baths. Her skin quickly calmed down, and the wound healed beautifully and cleanly. She was very happy.
For a wash/compress: Stir 1 tablespoon into a bowl of water (cold, lukewarm, or warm)
The crystal bath is great to use as an exfoliating salt. Get into the bathtub, get wet, stand up, and rub your body with the salt. Feeling it get hot in your hands is very special. Then submerge yourself and enjoy the bath. A gentle brush massage after half an hour really cleans everything pore-deep. The deposits in the bathtub speak for themselves. The tip to use the filled silver lid as a measuring guide for a full bath is very helpful.
After knitting all winter with Chinese wool that might have been contaminated with harmful substances, I suddenly developed a rash on my neck in the spring - itchy, hot, and spreading increasingly over my upper body. I suffered from it for weeks. I had been using the crystal bath once a week as a full bath; now I started using it every day for an hour as a foot bath as well. After five days, the rash was gone!!!

I have had several experiences where either I or someone else received a cut and needed to stop the bleeding. After thoroughly cleaning the wound, I sprinkled the bath salts, just enough to cover the wound, directly onto the affected area. It stung briefly, but the bleeding stopped very quickly.

I seem to have gotten an incipient nail bed infection while cutting my nails, because when I woke up this morning, my toenail was aching and there was a red, swollen spot on the nail fold. I immediately put my feet in a foot bath with the crystal salt for almost an hour and have been surprisingly pain-free ever since. The crystal bath is truly wonderful.

I use the crystal bath daily as a deodorant and for treating my (mild) psoriasis. For this, I prepare a saturated solution of the crystal bath and apply it to the skin with a spray bottle. The effect is significantly better and more lasting than with all deodorants I have used so far, without suppressing natural perspiration. The psoriasis is also alleviated by it. Especially on hot summer days, I apply the crystal bath extensively to the skin, which is very soothing.

Good day, Does anyone have experience with the crystal bath (Kristallbad) for shingles? Can the crystal bath be applied like a kind of cream to the affected areas? An acquaintance of ours has shingles and I could imagine that this might help.
I have no known experience regarding crystal baths and shingles.
From my own experience with herpes (shingles is said to be of a similar nature), I would not apply the crystal bath to the affected area without an intuitive impulse.
I would use toothpaste, as there are already many positive reports about this (herpes), and „medically“ in general, shingles blisters are often dried out with „zinc oxide talcum powder.“
Medical professionals often talk about additional antiviral treatment for shingles, which is why I would try the toothpaste first.
For antiviral support, Cistus tea could also be used.
In Switzerland, two people have had very good experiences with the face mask for shingles!! For one person, it healed faster than usual, and for the other, applying it early prevented a full outbreak.
