At the last Wahre Lebenswerte Seminar in Switzerland, the question arose from the audience whether pregnant women can or should detoxify with the 49-herb tea.
According to my research, there is currently no official clearance from the manufacturer to safely consume the tea during pregnancy.
The tea contains 49 different very potent herbs, and its effectiveness depends on the combination and quantity, as well as the lack of control over the quantity in mixed teas.
In the medical practice of gynecology and pharmacology, individual herbs from our blend are already considered critical for pregnant women.
Since there is currently no official classification regarding the safety of the 49-herb tea during pregnancy, we should not recommend it to pregnant women for detoxification.
The best detoxification option for pregnant women, in my opinion, appears to be a sufficient amount of very good or pure drinking water. Clear water cleanses from within; Wahre Lebenswerte products gently cleanse from the outside.
A crystal bath is also rather not advisable for pregnant women. Bathing during pregnancy is allowed — but only lukewarm, brief, and gentle on the circulatory system.
Foot baths that are not too hot are generally safer than full baths.
