Swiss Stone Pine Essential Oil Wahre Lebenswerte

Hello,
A few days ago, after working too much on the computer, and partially unnecessarily, I felt a persistent tension on the top of my head. Then, I read a text that shook me internally, and the back of my head went into red alert – the evening was advancing, and I was almost certain I would spend the night wide awake.

I occasionally and cautiously use Swiss Stone Pine oil when sleep is difficult, diluted in a small amount of body cream and massaged over my entire feet. But this time, I applied this mixture directly to the top of my head and to the back, above the nape of my neck.
I feared it might be too much, but I was surprised to feel the pain in my anterior brain disappear in a few minutes – for the back of my head, it took a little longer. Placing my hands simultaneously on my cerebellum and solar plexus completed the rebalancing and allowed for a deep, restorative, and internally beneficial sleep.

When I gave my son the pine oil along with the pine wood apple for Christmas last year, he told me afterwards that it was one of his nicest Christmas presents. This actually surprised me a bit, partly because he was almost a teenager, so I hadn’t expected it at all. But my joy about it was all the greater. He has also been using it regularly before going to bed:grinning_face:. And I wouldn’t want to miss it anymore either!!

I have this wonderful forest scent all around me. I have an apple-shaped item on my nightstand, another in my study, the scent in a diffuser in the kitchen, and a ‚tree of life‘ with a retractable felt pad (onto which the oil is applied) on my car’s air conditioning. Its penetrating scent makes me feel good both during the day and at night. I can only agree and strongly recommend it.
