Wahre Lebenswerte Shampoo

After talking to a few users of this shampoo I realized that this topic offers a good exchange in experience. For me the key was to stop using conditioners or hair masks, to just stay natural and simple just with this shampoo. Maybe what works for me, could also work for others too and that is why I share here. I massage it primarily onto the wet scalp and just gently spread it over the strands of hair. Then I twist hair into a bun and leave for about 5-10 minutes as one would do with a hair mask. Then I rinse off the shampoo with warm water first and close the structure of hair with lukewarm or even cold water. The last phase with colder water plays its role. This has worked best for me so far. Looking forward reading more about your experiences.

Hello!
I have tried your idea. It was a nice addition to my shampoo routine.
I have been using this shampoo for quite a while now. The transition to this shampoo was an adventure for me, as it made my scalp peel for quite a while. I have brown hair so it is very noticeable when this happens. However, I stuck with it. After about three months of using this shampoo, the peeling was gone.

This brings me to my next question that I have been getting from customers:

Is it not necessary to use conditioner? At least in the US, we have been conditioned (pun intended :)) to use conditioner. So how would you answer this question to customers?
What could be a natural substitute for conditioner?

Hello,

I would say that, given its composition, the shampoo is „complete“: it cleanses, purifies, revitalizes the scalp thanks to caffeine, and nourishes the hair with various oils such as avocado, evening primrose, coconut, argan, etc.

It is therefore unnecessary to overload it with a conditioner, which would only make the hair greasy and weigh it down.

Your experience is wonderful, in any case, and I will certainly mention it when I present the shampoo at salons!

Hello to all of the fans of this shampoo.
Firstly, thank you for visiting this topic.
The ‚experiments‘ are still undergoing.
The simple fact is the longer the hair the more of this product, and also for this reason I really try to avoid using any additional products.
And it really works.
Shampoo on the hair and even massaged onto the sculp can substitute the hair mask and can be easily prolonged up to one hour or longer with the frequence of once a week. Once you try it, it becomes easy to establish it as a part of a routine while taking the alkaline bath. I can only highly recommend such procedure.

Good evening,

I would like to make a change to what I wrote on July 5th.

Regarding the application of conditioner, it is still necessary to take into account the nature of the hair.

For fine and limp hair, I would not recommend a post-shampoo treatment. However, it is true that for dry, very curly, or thick hair, applying a conditioner would be beneficial.

Have a good evening.

Yes, this is also very true.
It has been discussed that certain types of hair simply won’t do without conditioner/hair mask. But it was then advised to apply it just on the hair and not directly onto the sculp skin.

I can confirm that as well; I have a lot of thick, curly hair. I simply cannot manage to go without conditioner, and I don’t have to. The most important thing is to massage the shampoo into the scalp to create a good foundation.

That’s how I do it too. For application, I use an applicator bottle (this would be a useful complementary product to WLW hair shampoo :-)) Into the bottle goes 1 part shampoo, 10 parts water. Thanks to the thin spout, the mixture can be applied directly to the scalp, where it is meant to work. I apply half of the mixture before I go into the shower. Lather with water and then empty the bottle. Detoxification and blood circulation are activated by massaging, and the hair roots benefit. My fine hair, however, likes it acidic. With a rinse of water and apple cider vinegar, the cuticle closes, and they get shine.

Thanks for the reminder about the benefits of vinegar for hair, I had forgotten! On my end, since the shampoo is very nourishing, I can only use it on my scalp because it tends to weigh down my hair. The very interesting thing I’ve noticed is that since I started using it, I lose less hair, surely thanks to the benefits of its components which activate blood micro-circulation and the few minutes of massage before rinsing. It’s really a „relaxing“ moment for a top result!

I will try this dilution tactic for applying the shampoo, and the vinegar rinse as well. My experience with the undiluted shampoo wasn’t so good, because my hair fell out afterwards. Maybe I should just keep going…

I’ve made several attempts. De-acidifying the scalp is, in principle, a good approach. I’ve done that repeatedly over the past years with Jentschura, as a course of treatment.

Not everything works for everyone, and it’s important to consider what my body currently needs.

If I regularly detox well – for example, with the Kristallbad – I also sometimes use a different shampoo that has proven effective in the past. Every scalp is different and every hair is different.

I don’t see it as having to exclusively use the Wahres Lebenswerte Shampoo – even though I am aware of the background.

That also reminds me not to limit my diet exclusively to so-called „healthy“ foods.

I’m currently managing well with this approach.

I believe with this shampoo, it’s just different for everyone. For some, it will be THE shampoo. For others, it’s more of a treatment for the scalp, and for the hair itself, they stick to a slightly acidic shampoo. My experience was like this: we had just become importers for Wahre Lebenswerte, and so I happily tested all the products. I washed my hair in the evening. It was warm, so I didn’t blow-dry my hair and simply went to sleep with wet hair. The next morning, I had forgotten that I had used a different shampoo and was delighted by how nicely my hair fell. Only later did I remember that I had used the new shampoo. With other shampoos, my hair often became either too smooth and fine, losing its volume as a result, or it became rough over time and lost its shine. Depending on the shampoo I used.By using Wahre Lebenswerte shampoo, my hair falls naturally and waves more again, just like in childhood. At the same time, it feels soft and has a natural shine. I used to often use hair mousse or blow-dry my hair into a certain style. I no longer need to do that. I do nothing else now but wash it. It’s as if my hair has rediscovered its natural structure after a long time.A positive side effect, perhaps due to the regulation of the scalp: I used to have to wash my hair every two days. Now, every four to five days is enough. The shampoo lathers very little. You have to use enough and distribute it well. I always let it sit for a while because it’s also a treat for the scalp. For bleached hair, I would exclusively use it as a scalp treatment and not as a shampoo, because bleached hair definitely needs acidic shampoo.

Confirmed! After washing with Wahre Lebenswerte shampoo, a rinse with water and a little apple cider vinegar gives hair even more softness. And for me, it also enhanced natural curling. I recommend everyone to try it.

Does anyone know how to handle the following?

A customer made the following statement: ‚With my previous shampoo, after washing my hair, the hairspray would cause matting that had to be painstakingly brushed out. With WLW shampoo, my hair was no longer matted and could be brushed out without any problems.‘

The customer is obviously very satisfied with the product. Since she is an elderly lady who is not active on the PC or internet, she will not publish it herself. Can this be taken over? If so, what is the process?

Thanks for any suggestions.

I have been using WL Shampoo from the beginning, very much to my satisfaction. Unlike the high-quality Weleda Shampoo that I used my whole life, after a few months, increased hair growth started in a slightly thinning area.

After the last cold rinse, I always did a rinse with diluted fruit vinegar, which made the hair softer. Since I live in Licht-Asenland, the vinegar rinse is no longer necessary. My assumption concerns the lime content of the water, which is very soft here, unlike the Swiss mountain regions north of the Alps.

Leaving shampoo on is a good idea to optimize its properties; thanks to caffeine, the scalp is deeply nourished; we therefore lose less hair, and the hair becomes denser. Depending on the hair type, the application method may differ. For my part, the small amount of shampoo with which I calmly massage only the scalp is sufficient to achieve a good result.

For some reason, this shampoo doesn’t work for me. I need huge amounts of shampoo to get it on all my hair, as it doesn’t spread well. Do you dilute the shampoo with a little water to make it spread better, or am I doing something wrong?

All other products have really impressed me so far, but the shampoo and I haven’t become friends yet.

Even when I only want to apply it as a scalp treatment, I get the impression that I need a lot of shampoo to cover the scalp and not just a few spots…

Does anyone have a tip?
